• Summer internships can be completed between June 22, 2026, and September 11, 2026.

• Before applying for an internship, the Internship Institution Information Letter must be signed by the Internship Committee. After signing, an application must be submitted to the institution/company.

• After the student has reached an agreement with the institution/company, they must fill out the documents listed in Appendix-1 Internship Application and Approval Form, located at the end of the internship guidelines, and submit them to the internship commission by May 22, 2026, along with one photocopy of their ID. • The suitability of internship locations will be evaluated by the internship committee, and approvals for internship locations will be announced on May 26, 2026.

• Students who apply by May 22, 2026, but whose internship locations are not approved must notify the internship committee of their alternative internship locations, along with the necessary documents, by June 5, 2026.

• Alternative internship locations will be evaluated by the committee, and the approvals of the internship locations will be announced on June 9, 2026.

• All internship procedures will be completed and submitted to the University Human Resources Department by June 12, 2026, and the insurance enrollment process will be initiated.

• After completing their internships, students are required to submit their internship logs—which they have filled out regarding the practical work they carried out during the internship—within two weeks of the start of classes in the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year. Students who fail to submit their internship logs within the specified timeframe will receive a failing grade for their internship.

• Internship documents submitted after the specified dates or late procedures will not be considered!!!
